Editorial Policy
This page explains how Real Estate Marketing AE selects, evaluates, and ranks marketing agencies. Transparency about our methodology is essential to the integrity of this resource.
Agency Selection
To be considered for inclusion, an agency must demonstrably operate within the UAE real estate marketing sector. This means the agency actively provides services — such as digital advertising, lead generation, branding, content marketing, or sales enablement — to property developers, brokers, or real estate investment firms based in or operating across the UAE. Agencies based outside the UAE that serve UAE clients exclusively through remote engagements are assessed on a case-by-case basis. No agency may apply for inclusion or pay for consideration; all agencies are identified through independent research.
Ranking Criteria
Rankings are determined by scoring each agency against four weighted criteria:
- Service depth (30%): The breadth and integration of marketing services offered — from performance media and SEO to CRM strategy and creative production. Generalist agencies with deep real estate experience score higher than narrow specialists or firms with superficial property knowledge.
- Measurable outcomes (30%): Evidence of quantifiable results for UAE real estate clients: documented lead volumes, cost-per-acquisition benchmarks, sales attribution, or verified case studies. Claims without supporting evidence are discounted.
- UAE market specialisation (25%): Depth of local knowledge, including familiarity with RERA regulations, off-plan marketing requirements, emirate-specific buyer demographics, and the Arabic-language digital landscape.
- Review volume and longevity (15%): The number, recency, and authenticity of independent client reviews across verified platforms, combined with the agency's operating history in the UAE market.
Update Frequency
Rankings are reviewed quarterly. Updates are also made outside the regular cycle when significant new information — such as a major client win, ownership change, or credible misconduct allegation — becomes available.
Independence and Corrections
No agency pays for inclusion, ranking position, or editorial coverage. If a factual error appears on this site, please report it to info@real-estate-marketing.ae with supporting evidence. Verified corrections are applied promptly. Should any commercial relationship ever develop with a listed agency, it will be disclosed prominently on the relevant page and in this policy.
